congiunta dell’Cnr-Img di Pavia e dell’Univer-
sità di Siena, ha scoperto una molecola in
grado di bloccare il virus senza danneggiare
le cellule sane. La scoperta è stata pubbli-
cata sul “ Journal of Medicinal Chemistry ”.

L’idea che una ricerca tutta italiana possa essere in grado di combattere efficacemente l’Aids dovrebbe riempirci tutti di orgoglio. Certo, i tempi saranno  ancora lunghi e la sperimentazione vera e propria sull’uomo non è ancora iniziata, ma il problema che rischia di rallentare lo sviluppo della molecola è, come spesso accade, la mancanza di fondi per portare avanti la costosissima sperimentazione . Nel solo 2005 ben 294.767 laureati hanno lasciato l’Italia, ma fa piacere constatare che qualche ottimo “cervello”,  sul suolo italiano ad occuparsi di ricerca ci sia ancora.

Che piaccia o meno, Sara Taricani esiste. E’ un po’ come quando d’estate un temporale ti sorprende mentre stai facendo un pic-nic, non c’è modo di evitarlo. Infatti il primo aggettivo che mi viene in mente pensando a Sara è : ineluttabile.

Leggendo il suo blog ci si aspetterebbe una donna poco incline all’umorismo, con addosso l’ eskimo anche in estate e piuttosto polemica. Le prime due aspettative vengono disattese.

Certo, l’impegno politico di Sara è a tutto campo e traspare da ciò che scrive con grande passione sul suo blog, ma penso che sarebbe bello se canalizzasse più spesso la propria vena ironica su temi leggeri e disimpegnati, perchè quando ciò succede è piuttosto gradevole.

In ambito blogosferico c’è chi le cuce addosso l’immagine di cattiva ma questo stride un po’ con la sua vera natura : la realtà è che “la disegnano così”.

1) Alcune tue coetanee partecipano al cast di Veline, tu mandi avanti un blog “rigoroso” che affronta spesso temi importanti o tecnici. Ci racconti il perchè della scelta ?

Ho iniziato con l’ambizione di far convergere nel mio metroquadro online soprattutto le prospettive dei lettori per dar luogo ad un confronto positivo. La mia ambizione resta la stessa. È la partecipazione a dare valore comunicativo al blog.

2) Si nota una forte vena polemica nei tuoi post e nei commenti, nel quotidiano sei una concreta spaccapalle o ti diverti ad apparire così ?

Sono una concretissima spaccapalle naturalmente. Nonostante sia molto amante delle mie idee, sono sempre disposta a mettermi in discussione.

3) Ci chiarisci il concetto di “ manzitudine ” ?

Chiamasi Manzitudine quel fenomeno legato all’esposizione orgogliosa di pezzi di carne femminile parallelamente alla disattivazione apparente di qualunque attività cerebrale di rilievo. Oggi a causa della vastità del fenomeno si sospetta che sia diventata già una condizione esistenziale.

4) Mi descrivi il contenuto del tuo beauty case ?

Il mio beauty è figlio del consumismo. Dentro c’è di tutto e di più. Prendersi cura del corpo è sempre molto rilassante dopo una giornata passata con l’elmetto nella trincea quotidiana.

5) Non voglio parlare con te di BlogBabel, che ne pensi di Wikio ?

Mi sembra un buon servizio, non ho ancora trovato un motivo per disiscrivermi!

6) Nel quotidiano quanto spazio ha per te la bugia ?

Spazio marginale, direi. Mi ritengo fondamentalmente sincera e come direbbe Anatole France “una donna sincera è quella che non dice bugie inutili”.

7) Sei una fiera abruzzese, ci fai una foto della tua terra ?

L’Abruzzo è una regione accogliente e potenzialmente ricca di opportunità. Purtroppo negli ultimi anni le dirigenze politiche che si sono avvicendate hanno fatto ben poco in termini di rilancio del territorio. Gli abruzzesi, comunque, sono generalmente molto legati alla propria terra e alle tradizioni. Per amore del 2.0 segnalo anche un simpatico gruppo su facebook che ha raggiunto una quota di iscritti davvero inaspettata. Gli Abruzzesi sono un popolo molto cordiale, aperto, generoso, affabile, finché non li conosci. (cit.)

La signora Blogb.. Orientalia, per il semplice fatto che, secondo me, non potrà mai arrivare alle alte vette del vittimismo presuntuoso di Ninna. Quando leggerò la signora Orientalia farneticare sulla sua superiorità tirando il ballo i feed readers cambierò idea.

9) Tu che firmi il tuo blog con nome e cognome, cosa pensi del trend dei blog e dei tumblr “anonimi” ?

Non sono per una deriva anonima del blogging, ma devo ammettere che alcuni di loro hanno creato dei piccoli capolavori di satira. Si può pensare che una non-identità possa permettere più libertà di espressione, ma secondo me è solo un fatto mentale.
