In Italia l’aggiustamento dei conti pubblici nel 2007 "è legato interamente alle nuove tasse". In Italy, the adjustment of public finances in 2007 "is linked entirely to new taxes." Non c’è invece "nessun serio tentativo di tagliare la spesa". However, there is no "no serious attempt to cut spending." E’ quanto si legge nell’Economic Outlook dell’Ocse. Secondo l’organizzazione invece, il nostro Paese dovrebbe puntare a ridurre la spesa soprattutto nei settori "delle pensioni, pubblico impiego, enti locali e sanità". Anche perchè l’aumento delle tasse "deprime la crescita dei consumi". One reason for the increase in taxes "depresses consumption growth."
Non solo, nonostante la maxi-manovra (oramai si viaggia sopra i 35,4 miliardi di euro), il deficit/Pil del nostro Paese non scenderà sotto il 3%, ossia nei parametri fissati dal Patto di Stabilità, neppure nei prossimi anni. Not only that, despite the maxi-manoeuvre (now you travel above the 35.4 billion euros), the deficit / GDP of our country does not fall below 3%, in the parameters set by the Stability Pact, even in the coming years. Numeri alla mano, il rapporto deficit/Pil si attesterà al 4,8% nell’anno in corso, per poi scendere nel 2007 al 3,2% (un dato superiore alla stima del 2,8% formulata dal governo italiano), ed al 3,3% nel 2008. Numbers in hand, the deficit / GDP will attest to 4.8% this year, before falling in 2007 to 3.2% (a figure higher than the estimate of 2.8% formulated by the Italian Government) and to 3.3% in 2008.
Questo perché, secondo l’organizzazione, le entrate relative all’evasione fiscale saranno inferiori alle attese del governo. This is because, according to the organization, the revenue on tax evasion will be below the expectations of the government. Per quando riguarda l’anno in corso, invece, i rimborsi Iva legati alla sentenza della Corte di Giustizia Europea peseranno per l’1% sul dato finale. As regards the current year, however, refunds Iva linked to the decision of European Court of Justice peseranno for 1% of the final figure.

Caro Rik, credo che hai scoperto l’acqua calda quando dici che in Italia non c’è nessun serio tentativo di tagliare la spesa….Basta vedere il valzer di Mercedes e BMW quando si sposta quella banda di brave persone, oneste e lavoratrici…Lo sapevi che l’onorevole Raffaele Costa ha persino scritto un libro sugli sprechi di denaro pubblico nel nostro paese ??? Just see the waltz of Mercedes and BMW when you move the banda of good people, honest and workers… Did you know that Mr Raffaele Costa has even written a book about waste of public money in our country?
