Per chi suona la chitarra (e non solo) è abbastanza comune associare una certa mimica facciale a un certo accordo. Esiste un’espressione per mimare un si bemolle, una per un accordo di settima diminuita, e così via.. Air guitar è un’espressione inglese con cui si indica il mimare con frenesìa il gesto di suonare la chitarra, fingendo di averne una tra le mani e seguendo l’assolo principale o la ritmica del brano che si sta ascoltando.
